Brought my car in (under warranty) and was treated like a criminal all because my dealer inadvertently reset the service light after topping my car up with oil. There is a lousy attitude which transcends from Management down to the service centre staff who have no problem treating you like dirt. If I could give a rating lower than one star I would...If you are looking to service your BMW do yourself a favour and go to another BMW dealership where you are treated like a human being.
