  I bought some items in IKEA, paid, queued for the delivery, wasted a whole Sunday, i was told it was going to be delivered on Monday, waited all day, rang IKEA, i was put on hold for ONE hour. I was told that they were not going to deliver and they don't let costumer know that they are not coming. I told them they wasted my day. They said they were going to pay for my wasted day, but they didn't know when they would be able to make the delivery.
  I asked for my money back, 10 days later, Moneys have not been transferred to my account yet.
  They take your money straight away and don't honor their commitment with costumers.
  Now i will need to waste my time again on the phone looking for my refund.
  They charge for collection of old beds, and for delivery and don't show up.
  This is the second item it happens! I will never buy from IKEA again.
